Property was well equipped and it was a nice touch that the owner included tea, coffee, milk and orange juice for our arrival. Quiet neighbourhood and instructions for arrival were really clear. “Sarah and Pete's place at Seabreeze was a delightful stop for us between two camping trips and was very much perfect for what we needed. Place was clean and tidy, easy to find and use, facilities were great and you could tell Sarah and Pete thought about their customers and made it feel special on your arrival with a note and small touches. Absolutely will be back again in the future.”

Sarah added some lovely touches like sweets on the pillow and colouring for my 6 year old. She has also provided some items like toothpaste that are often forgotten. “This is an exceptional place to stay. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and was quick with responses. A lot of little extra thoughtful touches made the experience even better, this was a very hot day for travelling and on arrival Sarah had been so kind to put a jug of chilled water in the fridge and a couple of fans for our use. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting a base in and around Southampton. We stayed here to attend a gig locally and it was a really convenient location. Freshly squeezed orange juice which was complimentary in tandem with a welcome tray of tea, coffee and biscuits. So very convenient for our purposes (cruising), near the cruise terminal so perfect.
